Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions implies the application in their entirety and constitute the contract between the Company and the Customer. The Customer waives the right to invoke a contradiction in the entirety of the text.

The Terms & conditions may be modified, however the terms stated on the date the order was placed apply to each Customer order. These changes are binding on website users after they are posted and do not apply to past transactions.

Products availability

Sales are intended exclusively for customers with a shipping address in Greece.

Products displayed on the website are available while stocks last.

The Online Store undertakes to notify the Customer by email that he has placed an order with an unavailable product. In the event of a credit or proof of order document with an unavailable product, the Company undertakes to propose replacing the unavailable product with another of equal or greater value or alternatively by refunding the amount of the value of the unavailable product to the Customer's Bank Account (the bank charges the customer).

Products presentation

The products available for sale are described and presented in the most detailed way possible. The Customer undertakes to have knowledge of the description of each product in order to know the properties and basic characteristics. The Customer undertakes to be informed before placing the order. The selection and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

However, if any variation occurs in relation to the presentation of the product, the Company bears no responsibility. Each customer is requested to inform Customer Service of any error detected in the product characteristics.

Account creation

The Customer can create a customer account before placing his first order. You will need to complete the registration form, including the following information: email address, last name, first name, gender, date of birth, complete delivery address, and telephone number. At this point, the Customer creates his account password, which is personal and can only be used by him. Avoid disclosure to third parties.

The Customer undertakes to provide complete and accurate information. Any impersonation or misrepresentation may result in account termination and criminal prosecution. Multiple entries, use of the account by other persons, or other fraudulent actions, may result in account deactivation.

The Customer acknowledges that he is able to commit and purchase products offered in the online store.

The Business may require parental consent to sell to minors under the age of 16 when transactions are not made with cash.

Products price

Prices are given in Euros including all local taxes, excluding shipping costs. If there is a change in the VAT rate from the moment the order is placed until the moment of its invoicing, the change is included in the price of the products without prior notification to the Customer. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but products are always priced at the price in effect at the time of order.

The prices are calculated based on any discounts that have been made available. Processing, execution, transport, and delivery costs are not included, which will be charged additionally. The requested payment for the Customer concerns the total amount of the order which includes the costs in question.

The tax documents are issued by the Company and accompany the products when they are sent.

Order

The customer who is interested in a product sold through the online store follows the procedure below to complete his order.

-He chooses the size and color, selects the quantity, and adds the product to his shopping list.

-In the shopping list, check the details of the order (color, quantity, size, price, etc...) with the possibility of modifying, adding or deleting certain products. -During his first order, he fills out an account creation form.

-If the customer benefits from a special offer, he first enters the code sent in the special field for this purpose.

-Select your delivery address, delivery method, and payment method.

-After confirming the payment, it confirms the order definitively and irrevocably. Each confirmed order entails a payment obligation from the Customer.

-When during the ordering process payment via Bank or cash at the physical store is selected, a confirmation email is sent with the final amount of the order and the products are reserved for 7 working days. After this period of time and if the Order amount has not been paid and shipped, the Order is canceled and the products are released.

The transfer of ownership of the products sold by the Company to the Customer will only take place after full and proper payment by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the products. The risk of loss or damage of the goods is at the Customer's expense until delivery to his place.

The Customer must verify the accuracy of the order and report any errors immediately.

The Customer who has already ordered in the Online Store can choose a password that will allow him, in subsequent orders, to avoid re-entering filling in the form necessary for the order.

The registered customer is recognized by the website as a customer of the Online Store. The customer's password is strictly personal and confidential. Under no circumstances should it be shared or disclosed to third parties.

In the event that the Customer loses or forgets the password, he can request its reset through the relevant "Forgot my Password" link located at login page. In this case and for identification reasons, the email address that was declared during the registration of the first order should be given in order for the system to send an email to reset the password.

If the Customer no longer has access to the above email address, they should contact Customer Service to request a change of their account email address.

In any case, after resetting the password, any old one will cease to be valid.

Response

For all stages of accessing the website, browsing, filling in forms, ordering, shipping or any other service, the Company bears no responsibility for any wear and tear resulting from the use of the internet, and which are foreign to care and attention her. In particular, it bears no responsibility for any interference in the provision of the service, or any malicious external interference or the presence of a virus. Also, any event characterized as force majeure in the sense given to it by jurisprudence completely exempts the Company from any responsibility.

Copyright

All elements of the Online Store, visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright law and are the property of the Company or its partners and suppliers.

Each hypertext link that refers to the Online Store using mainly the technique of framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other deep-linking technique, is expressly prohibited in any case.

In any case, any link, even if implicitly permitted, must be removed upon simple request from the Company.

The Company counts the number of pages you have visited as well as the number of visits to the site and the frequency of visits, using "cookies" technology.

Then, within a maximum of 90 days, we will present you with advertisements related or not to the content of the previous navigation. Cookies are linked to the Customer's profile (without the need for identification). Your express consent is also required in the same manner as indicated above.

Our company, in order to be able to evaluate and constantly improve the quality of the services it provides to the consumer, uses the Skroutz Analytics service, which works with cookies. Through this service, as long as you have previously given your consent through Skroutz.gr, usage statistics are securely shared by us at Skroutz. The data received by our company through this service is covered by the privacy policy as well as Skroutz.gr's cookies policy, at the end of which you can also withdraw your consent.

Right of Access and Conversion

When the Customer provides personal data, he expressly consents to the collection and use of the personal data.

According to the UE Law 2016/679, the Customer has the right to access, correct, verify, limit and sometimes object in relation to personal data, rights which can be exercised by addressing :

For legal reasons, the Customer can refuse or limit the processing of the data concerning him if this is possible.

Competitions

Each competition has regulations which are displayed on the site. The contests organized by the Online Store are free and participation can be declared without any purchase obligation. Contest winners are notified by email. They receive their prize in the form of a discount coupon or gift certificate. The methods of distribution and the duration of validity of the prizes are indicated in the regulation.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, postpone or cancel a Contest and bears no responsibility for any problem that may arise during its conduct.

Objections, refunds and other terms are specified in the Contest rules. Any abuse or attempted abuse aimed at the unjustified collection of a gift may result in criminal prosecution.

Gift Certificates

Gift vouchers are presented in the form of vouchers and have a unique code. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, only one gift voucher can be used per purchase. Products purchased with gift certificates can be exchanged if you are not satisfied. The gift voucher amount will be credited to your Online Store account and will be used during their validity period.

Offers

It is not offset against other offers that the discount of the listed price on the website appears during the discount period. This discount only applies to discount products.

Warranty

The product warranty is provided exclusively by the manufacturers and is listed in the feature table. The guarantee of the facilities and services, if provided by the Company, is mentioned on a case-by-case basis.
